Common questions
What should I do if my furnace stops working in winter?
Check that the thermostat is set to heat and the furnace switch is on, then call us. We take residential emergency calls 24/7. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas utility or 911 first.
Should I repair or replace my furnace or air conditioner?
It depends on the age of the system, the cost of the repair and how well it has been running. We look at the equipment and give you an honest recommendation either way.
What is the difference between a heat pump and a mini split?
